Below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Customers > Orders section under the Reports tab.

The Customers > Orders module is used to generate reports on the basis of how many orders a particular customer has placed on the overall kartify stores.

The generated reports will contain all the data specific to that particular customers’ order history. A detailed list is generated on the basis of the number of orders and number of items bought by the customers.

Through this report, we can track those customers who are frequently buying products from our kartify websites. Hence, we can keep tracking our potential customers through this report.

1) On the first glance, the customer orders report contains the following fields:

(i) Customer Name: name of the customer
(ii) Email: customers’ email id

(iii) Customer Group

(iv) Status: Enabled for active users

(v) No. Orders: Total number of orders placed by that particular customer
(vi) No. Products: Total items bought by that particular customer
(vii) Total: Total transaction amount of that particular customer

2) The Customer Orders List can be filtered on the basis of the below mentioned fields:

(i) Date Start: Starting Date (date for the range)

(ii) Date End: Ending Date (date for the range)
(iii) Customer: Name of the customer
(iv) Order Status: Various filters available

By clicking on the Filter button, the desired data can be filtered.

Below attached is an example screenshot, where filter has been applied on the customer name field:

By clicking on the Edit icon under Action, more details can be viewed about that customer.
