Customer Searches Report

Below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Customers > Customer Searches section under the Reports tab.

The Customers > Customer Searches module is used to generate reports on the basis of what a particular customer is searching for on the website.

The generated reports will contain all the data specific to that particular customer’s search history on the site. A detailed list is generated on the basis of the keywords typed-in by the customer in the search bar.

1) On the first glance, the customer searches report contains the following fields:

(i) Keyword: keywords typed by the customer in the search bar

(ii) Found Products: Products found on the basis of the keyword search
(iii) Category: Category searched by customer / searched products listed under that category
(iv) Customer: name of the customer

(v) IP: Current IP Address of that customer

(vi) Date Added: The date on which the activity was tracked for that customer.


2) The Customer Searches List can be filtered on the basis of the below mentioned fields:

(i) Date Start: Starting Date (date for the range)

(ii) Date End: Ending Date (date for the range)
(iii) IP: On the basis of a specific IP Address 

(iv) Customer: Name of the customer
(v) Keyword: Filtering on the basis of a particular keyword
By clicking on the Filter button, the desired data can be filtered.
