Customers Activity Report

Below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Customers > Customer Activity section under the Reports tab.




The Customers > Customer Activity module is used to generate reports on the basis of the activity of a particular customer on the website.

The generated reports will contain all the data specific to that particular customer’s activity on the site.


1) On the first glance, the customers activity report contains the following fields:

(i) Comment: Activity performed by the user (e.g: Added a product to the cart or Order Placed etc.)

(ii) IP: Current IP Address of that customer

(iii) Date Added: The date on which the activity was tracked for that customer.


2) The Customers Activity List can be filtered on the basis of the below mentioned fields:

(i) Date Start: Starting Date (date for the range)

(ii) Date End: Ending Date (date for the range)
(iii) IP: On the basis of a specific IP Address 

(iv) Customer: Name of the customer


By clicking on the Filter button, the desired data can be filtered.
