Returns Report

Below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Sales > Returns section under the Reports tab.

The reports for return orders can be viewed through this module.


1) The above attached screenshot displays the data fields which are visible in the Returns Sales report:

(i) Date Start (Start Date for range)

(ii) Date End (End Date for range)
(iii) No. Returns (Total orders returned in that date range)

2) Filters can be applied on the return orders list on the basis of the following fields:

(i) Date Start

(ii) Date End

(iii) Group by (days, weeks, months or years)

(iv) Return Status

All Statuses / Awaiting Products / Complete / Pending / Return Approved / Return Complete / Return Rejected

3) Filter can be applied on the data by clicking on the Filter button.

4) Under this module, there is no option to Export the data.
