Below attached is the screenshot of the kartify backend for the Topic section under the Support tab.
The Topic section is used to enable the support options for the customers on our website. These options are visible at the time when a customer raises a ticket for either order cancellation or return.
Hence, to add help topics such as Order Related Issues, Returns, Order Cancellation and for any other General problems related to the product, the Topic module is used.
From the available topics list, we will be adding only the mentioned topics:
(i) General
(ii) Order Cancellation
(iii) Order Related Issue
(iv) Returns
(i) General
1) Click on the edit icon for the General help topic.
2) Select the store for which you are enabling this support topic and save the changes.
(ii) Order Cancellation
1) Click on the edit icon for the Order Cancellation help topic.
2) Select the store for which you are enabling this support topic and save the changes.
(iii) Order Related Issue
1) Click on the edit icon for the Order Related Issue help topic.
2) Select the store for which you are enabling this support topic and save the changes.
(iv) Returns
1) Click on the edit icon for the Returns help topic.
2) Select the store for which you are enabling this support topic and save the changes.
