The below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Returns section under the Sales tab.
This section provides a complete list of the orders for which the return has been initiated by the customer. The product has not yet been picked by the delivery official, hence the order is being displayed in the returns section.
Once the order is completely returned, it is visible under the Sales > Refunds section, as refund has to be raised then.
1) Under the Returns section, we can filter a particular order by clicking on the Filter button, on the basis of the following fields:
(i) Return ID
(ii) Customer
(iii) Model
(iv) Date added
(v) Order ID
(vi) Product
(vii) Return Status (Awaiting Products/ Complete/ Pending/ Return Approved/ Return Complete/ Return Rejected)
(viii) Date Modified
We can also export the returns order data by clicking on the Export button. The exported file will be in the csv format.
Below attached is a screenshot showing the filter and export section.
2) By clicking on the edit icon, we can update the status of a given return order.
