Open the downloaded file and:
A. map your Kartify SKUs to the corresponding Amazon SKU by adding the Amazon SKU code in “seller_sku” column
B. Add a new column named “action” with value as “save” in each row.
C. save the file in the same format: csv
Downloaded File Format:
Updated file format:
Go back to the Kartify admin panel: Catalogue>Catalog Manager and Go to Import type and locate the "Product SKU Mapper", choose the updated file and upload and then click Import.
[your import will start and the mapper file will be uploaded]
Success message: Data uploaded successfully
Step 3: Approve ProductSKUMapper file
Go to System>Tools>Data log
Locate and Click File manager in Table list
Click Approve in action_by column
The file status will be shown as “Approved”
-The SKUMapper file has been successfully processed
-In a few minutes, the inventory count of the mapped SKUs will be fetched from Amazon that you can check by exporting the ProductSKUMapper file from the Catalogue manager in column named “quantity”
Note that this inventory count is calculated after multiplying the visible inventory %age(added in Plugin details) with the actual inventory count received from Amazon.
Eg: In image below, for SKU: NT-131, the inventory count received from Amazon was 4, which was multiplied with 0.7(Visible Inventory %age was 70%) = 4*0.7 = 2.8 ~ 2
(we take the lower value) Hence value 2 in the quantity column.
Step 4: Auto-Warehouse Creation and Priority-Based Order Allocation
After approving the ProductSKUMapper file, an MCF warehouse will be automatically created with name “Amazon_MCF_3” under Settings>Warehouse
Go to the "Warehouse Settings": top right of Warehouse section
Set “Priority based order allocation” as the order allocation and click Save.
Step 5: Adding Store URL in Uniware Channel Connectors
Login into Unicommerce panel
Go to the Settings>Channels and Click the Kartify(ANS Commerce) channel
Go to Connectors and click reconfigure
Edit the Store URL from "NA" to "{website URL}/kartify/"
eg: if the website url is https://www.secretwish.in then Store URL: https://www.secretwish.in/kartify/Connect and UC configuration is completed.
Note: Step 5 can be skipped if you are using Unicommerce as an OMS.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed on the store for the SKU with inventory in MCF, the order will be visible in the Sales>Orders page.
This order will be automatically pushed to MCF
(note in case MCF rejects the order due to pincode serviceability or inventory not available, the order will be pushed to the next OMS i.e. Unicommerce or EasyEcom whichever is configured)Once the order is pushed to MCF, the order item status moves to “Processed” which can be seen in Order details page
After the order is processed by Amazon team and the order is picked up, the order item status moves to “Shipped” in Kartify
(Note: Kartify automatically fetches the order status from MCF)
-The next statuses are also visible in Kartify i.e. IN TRANSIT, OUT FOR DELIVERY and DELIVERED (these statuses are fetched from MCF automatically)
-If the item is undelivered to the customer and returns back then the Item status becomes RETURN INITIATED then RETURNING and RETURN COMPLETE
-If the order is cancelled by the Amazon team in the MCF panel then the same is reflected back in Kartify.
-If the order is cancelled by the Customer from the order details section in the Store then the order cancellation request is sent to Amazon automatically.
(note: if the order is already processed by Amazon team, then the order can’t be cancelled by the customer)
Customer Initiated Return: The "Return" button will be hidden from the Order Details page in the Kartify store as MCF doesn’t support returns.
