Visible inventory percentage(%)

This defines the %age of Amazon Inventory that you want to show in your store.
Note: This will be applied to every SKU.

Default value should be 70%

Why this field?
Amazon provides the Inventory count of ASN stock for N-2 day which is not real time.

Eg: For SKU- Tshirt, we fetched Inventory from Amazon as
10 today(5th June), this is the inventory of 3rd June. After 2 days, the inventory count could have been decreased to 7 or 8 etc. We have kept Visible inventory %age as 70% -> This makes the visible or active inventory for this SKU as 7[0.7*10] on the Store, hence we won’t accept orders with quantity above 7 for this SKU.

This functionality prevents over-selling.

Amazon FC Code

This is the list of codes that designates each Amazon Fulfilment centre.
These are auto populated and should only be edited if your FC code is not present in the list.

Step 2: Map Kartify and Amazon SKUs via ProductSKUMapper

  1. In the Kartify admin panel, go to the Catalogue>Catalog Manager

  2. Go to Export type and locate the "Product SKU Mapper" and click the Export button.

  3. Open the downloaded file and:
    A. map your Kartify SKUs to the corresponding Amazon SKU by adding the Amazon SKU code in “
    seller_sku” column
    B. Add a new column named “
action” with value as “save” in each row.
    C. save the file in the same format: csv

    Downloaded File Format:

Updated file format:

  1. Go back to the Kartify admin panel: Catalogue>Catalog Manager and Go to Import type and locate the "Product SKU Mapper", choose the updated file and upload and then click Import.
[your import will start and the mapper file will be uploaded]

Success message: Data uploaded successfully

Step 3: Approve ProductSKUMapper file

  1. Go to System>Tools>Data log

  2. Locate and Click File manager in Table list

  3. Click Approve in action_by column

  4. The file status will be shown as “Approved

-The SKUMapper file has been successfully processed

-In a few minutes, the inventory count of the mapped SKUs will be fetched from Amazon that you can check by exporting the ProductSKUMapper file from the Catalogue manager in column named “
quantity
Note that this inventory count is calculated after multiplying the visible inventory %age(added in Plugin details) with the actual inventory count received from Amazon.

Eg: In image below, for SKU: NT-131, the inventory count received from Amazon was 4, which was multiplied with 0.7(Visible Inventory %age was 70%) = 4*0.7 = 2.8 ~
2
(we take the lower value) Hence value 2 in the quantity column.

Step 4: Auto-Warehouse Creation and Priority-Based Order Allocation

  1. After approving the ProductSKUMapper file, an MCF warehouse will be automatically created with name “Amazon_MCF_3” under Settings>Warehouse

  2. Go to the "Warehouse Settings": top right of  Warehouse section

  3. Set “Priority based order allocation”  as the order allocation and click Save.

Step 5: Adding Store URL in Uniware Channel Connectors

  • Login into Unicommerce panel

  • Go to the Settings>Channels and Click the Kartify(ANS Commerce) channel

  • Go to Connectors and click reconfigure

  • Edit the Store URL from "NA" to "{website URL}/kartify/"
eg: if the website url is https://www.secretwish.in then Store URL: https://www.secretwish.in/kartify/

  • Connect and UC configuration is completed.

Note:
Step 5 can be skipped if you are using Unicommerce as an OMS.

Order Processing

  1. Once an order is placed on the store for the SKU with inventory in MCF, the order will be visible in the Sales>Orders page.

  2. This order will be automatically pushed to MCF
(note in case MCF rejects the order due to pincode serviceability or inventory not available, the order will be pushed to the next OMS i.e. Unicommerce or EasyEcom whichever is configured)

  3. Once the order is pushed to MCF, the order item status moves to “Processed” which can be seen in Order details page

  4. After the order is processed by Amazon team and the order is picked up, the order item status moves to “Shipped” in Kartify
(Note: Kartify automatically fetches the order status from MCF)

-The next statuses are also visible in Kartify i.e.
IN TRANSITOUT FOR DELIVERY and DELIVERED (these statuses are fetched from MCF automatically)

-If the item is undelivered to the customer and returns back then the Item status becomes
RETURN INITIATED then RETURNING and RETURN COMPLETE

-If the order is cancelled by the Amazon team in the MCF panel then the same is reflected back in Kartify.

-If the order is cancelled by the Customer from the order details section in the Store then the order cancellation request is sent to Amazon automatically.
(note: if the order is already processed by Amazon team, then the order can’t be cancelled by the customer)

  1. Customer Initiated Return: The "Return" button will be hidden from the Order Details page in the Kartify store as MCF doesn’t support returns.

Inventory Tracking

  1. Go to Catalogue>Catalog manager

  2. Locate WarehouseInventory in Export type and click Export

  3. Open the downloaded file, you will find the MCF Inventory in the inventory column on the extreme right.
