The below attached screenshot shows the kartify backend for the Order Items section under the Sales tab.
1) On the first glance, the following details (related to a particular order) are visible:
(i) Order ID: That particular order’s id
(ii) Item Code: The code of the purchased item
(iii) Model: The model number of that item
(iv) Qty: Quantity of items bought
(v) Order Date: Date on which the order was placed
(vi) Image: Primary image of the product
(vii) Phone: Number of the customer who placed that order
(viii) Brand: Name of the brand, to which the item belongs to
(ix) Coupon Code: coupons used (if any). Example: cashback
(x) Promotion: promotions used (if any). Example: Prepaid Discount
(xi) Order Item Status: Status of the item
(xii) Payment method: Prepaid or Postpaid (COD)
(xiii) Email: mail id of the customer
(xiv) Shipment
2) On the top right, we have a section for “Show Filter”.
On clicking on the Show Filter tab, a section opens, which allows us to filter and export orders on the basis of various fields.
3) The various fields are:
(i) Order ID
(ii) Phone Number
(iii) Email
(iv) Item Status
(v) Order Date
Filter button is used to filter a particular product(s). Export button is used to export a csv sheet containing the details of that particular order.
