How to find Order?

The below attached screenshot shows the kartify backend for the Order section under the Sales tab.

The Order tab, unlike the Orders tab, focuses on the GoFynd / FYND stores. Fynd is India’s largest omnichannel platform helping retail businesses accelerate growth.





In this section, just like the Orders section, we can filter and export any particular order on the basis of the given fields.

The fields are as follows:

(i) Event

3 options are available - ALL, REFUND_INITIATED and ORDER_INITIATED.


(ii) Phone Number

(iii) Email

(iv) Order ID

(v) Date Added


The process for order history viewing will remain the same as was in the Orders section. Please refer to the Sales > Orders document in case any more clarity is needed.
