The below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Orders section under the Sales tab.
1) On the first glance on the Orders tab, we can see the following order related details:
(i) Order ID: The ID of that respective order
(ii) Customer: The name of the customer
(iii) Total: The total billing amount of that respective order
(iv) Date Added: The date on which the order was placed
(v) Date Modified: The date on which the status of the order was modified
(vi) Payment method: Either Cash On Delivery or Prepaid mode of method
2) On the Orders List strip, there is a Show Filter button.
(a) By clicking on this button, we can filter the orders on the basis of the following details:
(i) Order ID
(ii) Order status
(iii) Date Added
(iv) Customer
(v) Partner Order ID
(vi) Date modified
(vii) Payment method
(viii) Mobile
(ix) Email
(x) UTM Source
The most widely used filters are: Order ID, Customer, Mobile and Email.
(b) We can also export the order data after applying the relevant filters
Below attached is an example where we exported the data on the basis of Order ID: 1817687. The data is available in the form of a csv format sheet.
Below attached is a screenshot which shows both the Filter as well as the Export tabs, along with the fields on the basis of which filters can be applied.
3) On the Orders tab, under the action section, we have two options visible:
(i) View
(ii) Edit
(i) View
On clicking the view button, we are presented with the complete information of the customer as well as the order details. A brief order journey is also visible under the Order History section.
The order status can be changed for any product from this tab. Below attached is a screenshot of the section from where status can be changed.

On clicking the edit button, we can similarly have a complete look at the order journey. There are 5 tabs: Customer Details, Products, Payment Details, Shipping Details and Totals.

It is advised to use the View tab to make any modifications in the order journey.
