Below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Coupon section under the Discounts tab.

In marketing, a coupon is a ticket or document that can be redeemed for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a product.

Coupons can help introduce new product lines and encourage customers to try a more profitable brand or service. Coupons can also help attract existing customers to come back to our store.

1) On the first glance, the Coupons List contains the following data:

(i) Coupon Name of the coupon
(ii) Code: The coupon code
(iii) Discount: Financial discount that the coupon holds (either flat rate or %)
(iv) Date Start: Starting date (date for range). Coupon will be activated from this date.
(v) Date End: Ending date (date for range). Coupon will deactivate post this date.
(vi) Status: Enabled for active coupons

2) Coupons can also be filtered on the basis of the following fields

(i) Code: The coupon code

(ii) Date Start: Starting date (date for range). Coupon will be activated from this date.
(iii) Date End: Ending date (date for range). Coupon will deactivate post this date.
(iv) Status: Enabled/Disabled

3) Below mentioned are the steps to add a new coupon

(i) Click on the “+” icon in the top right corner to add a new coupon.

Enter the relevant details, as shown in the below screenshot and save the changes to successfully create a coupon code.

(ii) Gift Vouchers can also be bulk imported in the system. For that, we first need to export a sheet by clicking on the export button in the top right corner.

The data should be in the defined sheet format.

After exporting that sheet, we need to fill the relevant data for our brand in that sheet and import it via the import button in the top right corner.

(iii) We can also download the listed (currently active) coupons sheet by clicking on the download button in the top right corner.

(iv) By clicking on the checkbox and then clicking on the delete button in the top right corner, a currently active coupon can be deleted (only if needed).
