Marketing Tracking

Below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Marketing section under the Marketing tab.

A digital marketing campaign involves the execution of a marketing strategy across all the digital channels where the consumers engage with a brand, usually for the purpose of improving a brand’s conversion rate.

In other words, a marketing campaign is a strategic sequence of steps and activities that promote our company’s product or service, with a specific goal in mind. Campaign efforts may involve a range of media, such as radio, television, in-person events and digital media.

The Marketing Tracking module enables us to track the number of visits against our marketing campaigns.

1) On the first glance, the Marketing Tracking Report contains data constituted by the following fields:

(i) Campaign Name: The name of the marketing campaign
(ii) Code: Tracking code being used for the campaign. Used to track the marketing campaign

(iii) Clicks: Number of clicks received due to that particular campaign
(iv) Orders: Number of orders successfully placed due to that campaign strategy


2) The Marketing Tracking List can be filtered by clicking on the Filter button. The filter can be applied on the basis of the following fields:

(i) Campaign Name
(ii) Date Added
(iii) Tracking Code

3) By clicking on the “+” button in the top right corner, a new campaign can be added.

(i) Campaign Name: The name for the marketing campaign. (This field is mandatory)
(ii) Campaign Description: A brief information about the campaign
(iii) Tracking Code: The tracking code that will be used to track the marketing campaigns. This code is added to your URL to track our visitors uniquely.
(iv) Examples: So that the system can track the referrals that we need to add the tracking code to the end of the URL. Under this section, the added URLs are just for reference.

By clicking on the save icon in the top right corner, the marketing campaign can be saved.
