Gift Vouchers

The below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Gift Vouchers section under Gift Vouchers.

Here, we can see the gift voucher history, i.e, which all users have sent gift vouchers to which all other users.


By clicking on the show filters button, we can filter out certain gift vouchers. The fields are:

(i) Order status
(ii) Redemption Status

(iii) Date start

(iv) Date end

Gift vouchers can be individually sent to customers through their email by other customers in the storefront. The customer receiving the gift certificate can use the code provided in the email at the website checkout to deduct the amount from his total bill, as mentioned in the voucher.

Below mentioned are the steps to add a new Gift Voucher:

1) Click on the “+” button to add a new voucher.

2) Enter the following details:

(i) Code: The code that the customer enters to activate the voucher
(ii) From Name: Name of the customer sending the voucher

(iii) From E-Mail: Email of customer sending the voucher
(iv) To Name: Name of the customer receiving the voucher
(v) To E-Mail: Email of customer receiving the voucher
(vi) Theme: Select the Voucher theme (Voucher themes are created from Gift Vouchers > Voucher Themes
(vii) Message: The customer can enter a special message for the person to whom the voucher is being sent

(viii) Amount: The total amount of money being sent as a voucher
(ix) Status: To be enabled to make the voucher active.

Click on the save button in the top right corner to save the voucher details.

3) Gift Vouchers can also be bulk imported in the system. For that, we first need to export a sheet by clicking on the export button in the top right corner.

After exporting that sheet, we need to fill the relevant data for our brand in that sheet and import it via the import button in the top right corner.
