  1. On the Kartify backend, under Store Locator, click on Add/Manage Store.

2. Once we click on Add/Manage Store, we get to see the data for all the physical stores of a particular brand.

3. Now, there are two ways by which we can add store locator data in Kartify:

(i) Manually
(ii) By importing an excel sheet in the desired format.

We will be talking about the manual store addition process first. This process is preferred only when there is a limited amount of stores’ data (for example: 4-5 stores).

Steps are as explained below:

Option 1: Manually adding the store locator data

Step 1:  From the top strip, click on the “+” icon to add a new store.

Step 2: Click on the “Search and add store tab. We have to enter all the relevant data under this tab.

Step 3: Enter all the relevant data as mentioned below:

(i) Location Hint
In this field, enter the short address of the store, without mentioning the store/brand name. This is basically the hint to the actual address.

For example: In Columbia Sportswear, Market City Mall, Bangalore.
The location hint will be Market City Mall, Bangalore

Another example: In Adidas, DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj, Delhi
The location hint will be DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj, Delhi

(ii) City

In this field, mention the city in which the store is located.

For example: For a Columbia Sportswear showroom located in Karnataka, the city can be anything located in Karnataka state, for example - Bangalore, Indira Nagar or Jayanagar to name a few of them. Carefully enter the correct city for the store

(iii) Longitude

Longitude is a geographic coordinate that specifies the east-west position of a point on the surface of the earth. It is an angular measurement, usually expressed in degrees.

The Longitude for a particular store can be found on google. In most cases, the brand shares the exact coordinates for the store. Enter the longitude in this field. Example: 77.70393163

(iv) Latitude

In geography, latitude is a coordinate that specifies the north-south position of a point on the surface of the Earth.

The Latitude for a particular store can be found on google. In most cases, the brand shares the exact coordinates for the store. Enter the latitude in this field. Example: 13.77152146

(v) Title

In this field, enter the exact name of the store/brand.
For example: Columbia Sportswear
Adidas
SuperDry
Veromoda

(vi) Address

In this field, enter the complete address of the store. Make sure this field contains the complete data - address, pincode, contact number.

Example: Shop No. F70A Phoenix Market City Bangalore East, Mahadevpura, Nr. Krishnarajapuram flyover, Bangalore - 560048, contact: 080 - 67266417

(vii) Sort Order

Keep the sort order 0 to show the store up the order. To show the store lower the order, keep the sort order as 1.

(viii) Pincode

Enter the exact pincode of the district where the store is located.

(ix) Logo

This is the pin logo which will be visible.

(x) Store Type

Under store type, we have two default choices: Exclusive Store or Shop-in-shop store. Select as per the requirement.

More options can be added here. A ticket needs to be raised for the same as development is required to add more options.

(xi) Custom Label 0

This field is for the region in which the store is located. There are 4 total regions: North, West, East and South.

For example: For a store located in Bangalore, the region will be South. For a store located in Delhi, the region will be North.

(xii) Status

Keep the status enabled.

Option 2: Importing a sheet containing the store locator data.

Click on the import button to upload the sheet.
