The below attached screenshot displays the kartify backend for the Abandoned Carts section under the Sales tab.
Abandoned Cart module triggers custom set emails whenever the user adds a product to the cart and does not proceed to the checkout page, due to which the order journey remains incomplete.
Inside Abandoned Cart, there are 4 tabs, namely: Control panel, Abandoned Cart, Mail template, Scheduled tasks.
1) Control Panel
The configurations for this panel have to be as shown in the below attached screenshot.
2) Abandoned Carts
The Default (not notified) list provides a list of all the users who have products added in their cart. A reminder can be sent manually by clicking on the Send Reminder button.
When a reminder is sent, the customer gets shifted to the Already notified (at least once) section.
When that particular user places the order after receiving the abandoned cart mail, he/she is shifted to the Ordered section.
3) Mail template
Under the Mail template section, we can add the exact template message which has to be sent to the customer in the case of an abandoned cart.
We have to give a name to the template, keep its status enabled and mention the number of days after which the mail will be sent in the send after section.
4) Scheduled Tasks
The status has to be kept Enabled for scheduled tasks, if abandoned cart emails have to be sent automatically to the users who have products added in their carts.
